You can find an order tracker on the "My Orders" page of your account. To get there, log in, and then head to your "My Orders" page. From there, click on the order you wish to track, and the tracker will be there.
If you are waiting for a prescription or non-prescription Base Frame order and you have not heard from our team, please check the spam folder in your email! There is a chance we have been trying to reach out to you. We always reach out to the email address that we have on file via your order. If you are waiting for a Top Frame order, and it has been more than five business days, please reach out to us — we will give you the latest update! Occasionally our fulfillment center can just get backed up at times, but they are always working as quickly as possible for these orders to be shipped out.

Why does my order keep disappearing from "my orders" when I am logged in to my account? My favorites also disappear even though I am logged in. It has only shown up once after creating an account and the other 3-4 times I've logged in, it says I have "No Orders"
