You can find an order tracker on the "My Orders" page of your account. To get there, log in, and then head to your "My Orders" page. From there, click on the order you wish to track, and the tracker will be there.
If you are waiting for a prescription or non-prescription Base Frame order and you have not heard from our team, please check the spam folder in your email! If you are waiting for a Top Frame order, and it has been more than five business days, please reach out to us — we will give you the latest update! Occasionally our fulfillment center can just get backed up at times, but they are always working as quickly as possible for these orders to be shipped out.
