    Why does my order keep disappearing from "my orders" when I am logged in to my account?  My favorites also disappear even though I am logged in.  It has only shown up once after creating an account and the other 3-4 times I've logged in, it says I have "No Orders"

    I ordered, have an order number, and the payment has been taken from my account but I have not received a confirmation email and the order has not appeared on my account. How can we fix this?
