How much does shipping cost?
US: At this time, we offer Standard Free Shipping with DHLE on all US orders. This shipping method takes 5-7 business days to be delivered within the United States, once your order has finished processing.
For those seeking express delivery, we offer several faster shipping options for an additional fee:
- Priority Shipping: $15 - Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days once your order has been processed and reaches our fulfillment center.
- 3-Day Guarantee: $30 - Expect delivery within 3 business days after your order finishes processing and arrives at our fulfillment center. (Not available for PO Boxes)
- Rush Shipping (Next Day): $60 - Once your order is processed and reaches our fulfillment center, it will be delivered on the next business day after shipping. (Not available for PO Boxes)
- Please be aware: Express shipping accelerates your order's delivery after it has undergone processing and is en route to you. Each order must still undergo a processing stage, followed by packing and shipping by our fulfillment center. Choosing express shipping does not expedite the processing that all orders undergo before they are prepared for shipping. Overall, the entire process typically spans about 10-14 business days from the time your order is placed until it arrives at your doorstep.
CA: We offer free shipping for orders meeting a $135 CAD minimum (after discounts), otherwise shipping to Canada costs $7 CAD.
- We also offer express shipping options to our Canadian customers: 2-5 business days $20 CAD.
GB: We offer free shipping for orders meeting a £79 minimum (after discounts), otherwise shipping to the GB costs £5
- We also offer express shipping options to our GB customers: 2-5 business days £15.
AUS: We offer free shipping for orders meeting a $150 AUD minimum (after discounts), otherwise shipping to Australia costs $15 AUD.
- We also offer express shipping options to our Australian customers: 6 business days $20 AUD.
What are your shipping times?

Please note — we do offer priority 3-5 day, 3-day, and rush next day air shipping as well! We always try to do our best to get your Pair to you as soon as possible!
CA: Your order will be shipped approximately 5-7 business days after receiving all of the necessary information, and will be delivered to you approximately 3-9 business days after it is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your province.
GB: Your order will be shipped approximately 5-7 business days after receiving all of the necessary information, and will be delivered to you 4-6 business days after it is shipped Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
AUS: Your order will be shipped approximately 5-7 business days after receiving all of the necessary information, and will be delivered to you approximately 8-10 business days after it is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?

What is Shipping Protection, and how does it work?
Shipping Protection is an optional, low-cost service with a dynamic price based on the product purchased. It ensures your order is covered if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Instead of a refund, we'll send you an identical replacement—including shipping costs—at no extra charge.
How do I report a lost, stolen, or damaged package?
- If your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, select the "Was Not Received" button in your delivery email.
- Please wait at least two business days after the package is marked as delivered before reporting it as not received.

My order #1706221. DHL claims it was delivered Aug 09 2024. The package has not arrived here at the address. The tracking # is GM605334965000627576. Please advise me as to it's whereabouts.
Im in Australia and I ordered on the 09/09/24 and I'm still waiting for my order.
It's currently the 30th and there have been very few dhl updates.

Canadian orders may be pushed through DHL who passes it off to Canada Post. I've been waiting a month now. The CP strike is not Pair's fault, but i can't fathom why they'd have DHL (who *does* deliver to my home regularly) do it, knowing that they were passing it off to Canada Post who was already on strike when we ordered.
More than a month without glasses is not a great experience. I'm ordering elsewhere and returning our two orders when they arrive in January (if we are lucky).
I placed an order that was for the winter collection and here we are 30 days later and it still has not shipped. Very disappointed and hopefully Pair makes it right because I really love their toppers. I am now just waiting for customer service to get back to me and let me know when my order will arrive. Here we go......WAITING SOME MORE. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!
I order my glasses back in December and they still haven’t even been shipped yet and now it’s Valentine’s Day as I’m writing this. I email them as well and haven’t heard anything back! I’m beyond frustrated and want to know why I haven’t got my glasses yet when it’s been 2 months.
I'm in Canada, ordered at the end of January, it's been 2 months and theyre not even shipped yet. Very disappointing. Zero communication.
I ordered on March 11 and the order still has not shipped and no response from my email asking about why the order has not shipped. No communication and no product, but they took my money.
I ordered mine March 1st, 2025. They sent an email confirming the order. But the next email that got sent went to spam a few hours later. I waited as I didn't realize this is what happened. Contacted Pair Eyewear asking why no one had reached out to me since they hadn't heard back from me. Was told that they are Not aloud to call their customers. But for the inconvenience she would put my order in as Express order to rush them to me. No email with the confirmation number. Now when I go to look up any information it says there is No orders under the email or order number
