1. • We offer Klarna's "Pay in 4" and "Pay Over Time" options to purchase now and pay for your order over time. You can select Klarna at checkout.

How does Klarna approval work?

1. • Klarna approval is subject to certain prerequisites, and Pair does not determine who is approved for Klarna payment plans. Please review the terms and conditions when opting for Klarna or visit their website for more information.

What are the financing terms for Klarna?

1. • Monthly financing through Klarna is issued by WebBank, member FDIC. Other California resident loans are made or arranged pursuant to a California Financing Law license.

Do you accept vision insurance directly?

1. • No, we do not accept insurance directly. However, you may be eligible for reimbursement if you have an out-of-network benefit for your vision insurance, which is common among over 80% of vision insurance plans. Contact your insurance provider to confirm if you qualify for reimbursement.

How can I get reimbursed for my purchase?

1. • To receive reimbursement, simply submit our receipt invoice to your insurance company. You can download the invoice by logging in to your Pair account, navigating to "My Orders", selecting the relevant order, and clicking the "download invoice" button.Our invoices contain our Tax ID number, which is typically required by insurance companies for retail prescription eyewear purchases. We do not have an NPI number as we are not considered a medical provider. The Tax ID number is located at the top of the invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

US: We gladly accept payments through credit/debit card, Klarna, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can conveniently use your affiliated card at checkout. However, please note that we do not currently accept CareCredit. We also accept HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) dollars for orders that contain Progressive, Single Vision, or Reader items.
