- All of our Pair products come with a 30 day warranty from when your order is marked as delivered. If something feels not quite right with your Pair or something goes wrong, we'd be happy to assist with an exchange and find you the right Pair, or we can process you a return. We only want you to love your Pair!
What is PairCare warranty, and what does it cover?

- PairCare is our one-year warranty option that can be added to your Pair Base Frame purchase. It covers the Base Frame, lenses, and lens add-ons against scratches or breakage within one year from delivery. Each PairCare purchase allows for one replacement order. PairCare does not include Top Frames, loss or theft of frames, or prescription changes.

Can I purchase PairCare after my initial order?

- PairCare must be bought within 30 days of the Base Frame purchase to be valid. We recommend adding PairCare to your initial order. However, if you forget, contact us, and we'll assist in adding it to your order if it's within the timeframe.
What if I need PairCare for my replacement Pair?

- If you've used PairCare and require coverage for a replacement Pair, we suggest purchasing an additional PairCare plan when redeeming your initial warranty. Let us know, and we can invoice you for the PairCare charge when setting up your new Pair order.

How long did the response take? I haven't heard from them yet
It only took a couple minutes for a response for me. I emailed hello@paireyewear.com with photos of my frames. I had a great experience with paircare. Hopefully you will get a response soon.
