While we will do our very best to ensure orders arrive in a timely manner, we have a list of suggest dates to place orders by to ensure they arrive before the holidays!
**Please note that these dates will ensure the order arrives before December 25th.**
For Prescription/Non-Prescription base frame orders:
Prescription (or non-prescription) base frame orders, these need to be purchased by December 2nd. To ensure arrival before the holiday, we will need all of your prescription information including prescription, PD measurements, and confirmation from you of any add-ons that might be necessary to create your Pair by December 5th. Keep a close eye on the email address you have used for your orders in case the customer service team needs to get in touch with you.
Top Frame Only Orders:
Orders including only top frames (no base frames) need to be submitted by December 8th to ensure they arrive before December 25th.
These dates are keeping in mind the delays that USPS and UPS have been experiencing and will be experiencing over the next few months. We will do our best to ship orders out in a timely manner, but sometimes delays are out of our hands. We appreciate your patience during this time.
If you receive a tracking number for your order, please allow up to 48 hours for the number to update before reaching out to the customer service team. We will be experiencing high message and call volumes during this time.
Canadian Shipping Cutoff Dates:
Orders shipping to Canada have slightly earlier cutoff dates to accommodate for the slightly longer shipment time.
For orders with base frames, we need to receive the order by November 30th, and all prescription information needs to be received by December 1st.
For top frame only orders, these need to be placed by December 5th.
