I paid for expedited shipping, so where is my order?

Expedited shipping will expedite your order arriving to you after it has been processed by our lab and shipped out from our fulfillment center.

Since every Pair is made to order, we take special care with each frame. That means if something isn't right, we correct it before moving it on to the next step in the process.   

Most Base Frames take 1-2 days to process at our lab. After processing at the lab, they are then shipped to our fulfillment center where they are checked for quality assurance and packed with the remainder of your order. This process can take 3-5 business days, depending on how busy our current season is.

Your expedited shipping starts once the tracking number is created. Please note any weekends or holidays are typically not included in shipment time, depending on the carrier. Our shipping couriers pick up packages from our fulfillment center daily. However, if your shipping label is created in the evening, the package might not be picked up until the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation email for tracking details to update, to allow couriers time to scan into receiving and sending to the next destination.
